Meanwave is an innovative technology start-up in Power Quality based in Stuttgart that develops new solutions to revolutionize how electrical power is distributed and used. Our customer base consists of well-known industrial leaders who understand the importance of efficient and reliable power supply.

Role description

As the business is growing, we are looking for a team office manager with a strong focus in financial accounting and purchasing that has the ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining effective leadership and control of our accounting, human resources, purchasing and office activities. The role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting, purchasing and daily office administration
  • Lead and coordinate our value chain flow, including purchasing planning and customer order management
  • Handle financial accounting, human resources, taxes, payments, and prepare periodical reports and support in the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Coordinate the implementation of and adherence to internal control policies and procedures
  • As the business is developing fast, drive process improvements in the value chain and accounting management functions towards a higher degree of ERP-system integration
Qualifications and experience requirements
  • Two or more years of practical work experience in financial accounting
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
  • Professional experience of purchasing – ideally with a technical understanding
  • Excellent independent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive, not thinking about what needs to be done today, but about what is it going to be done tomorrow
  • Proficient with our current ERP (Lexware Premium), Microsoft Excel and Word
  • As we are an international team, we expect you to be fluent in English

Salary and working hours

Salary commensurate with experience.
Standard company hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
